Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our bakes are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our store. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be advised that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our baked goods. Once the items leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival, particularly as they are susceptible to various external factors during transit. As such, we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during shipping. We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and reach out to us with any concerns immediately. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We recognize that sometimes plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to your orders. Please be aware of the following guidelines:

  1. Modifications and Cancellations Fee: Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, a $10 administration fee will be applied. This covers the administrative costs associated with making changes to our production and delivery schedules.

  2. Three-Day Window: For orders set to be collected or shipped (especially for items like cookies), any request for modifications or cancellations must be made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled collection or shipping date. Regrettably, within this 3-day window, we cannot make changes to your order, and a strict no-cancellation policy will be in effect.
